A Message from Our President:

On behalf of the Garnet Hill Property Owners Association (GHPOA) Board of Directors, I want to welcome you to our website. The GHPOA Website provides useful information to residents, families and guests.

We are fortunate to call this part of the Adirondacks home. To maintain and respect this wilderness area the Association has long standing Covenants, restrictions, and by-laws in place. This information is located on the Garnet Hill POA website for all to access and review.
