On behalf of the Garnet Hill Property Owners Association (GHPOA) Board of Directors, I want to welcome you to our website. The GHPOA Website provides useful information to residents, families and guests.

We are fortunate to call this part of the Adirondacks home. To maintain and respect this wilderness area the Association has long standing Covenants, restrictions, and by-laws in place. This information is located on the Garnet Hill POA website for all to access and review. Important updates, information and community events (yoga, gatherings on the beach, community potlucks, hikes, tennis, pickleball, etc.) are posted on the website. As we continue to negotiate through the COVID pandemic, Beach protocols will once again be addressed and announced to GHPOA residents. These will also be posted on our website.
